About Dr. Mark Lucas

Dr. Lucas is a native of Willow Glen graduating from Willow Glen High School. After spending a decade working in the engineering field for Bay Area companies like GE, Siemens, and ADAC Laboratories, he developed a desire to work more closely with people. Approaching the body as a machine, Dr. Lucas became interested in combining technology with Chiropractic while studying at Palmer West Chiropractic College. Over the past few years Dr. Lucas has sought out and studied under some of the leading sports and nutrition chiropractors in the country. After Graduating PWCC in 2001 Dr. Lucas began specializing in human performance and started working with tri athletes, adventure racers and endurance cyclists. He currently consults with some of the top motocross and off-road motorcycle racers in the country. Currently he has been building relationships with the local high schools to help kids successfully graduate from high school sports. In addition he is a featured health columnist for the regional publication "Intense Sports Magazine".
