About Dr. Mark Lucas

Dr. Mark Lucas, D.C., CCEP is a chiropractor and clinical nutritionist located in the Willow Glen suburb of San Jose, California. Dr. Lucas graduated from Palmer West Chiropractic College in 2001 and utilizes a chiropractic style known as Professional Applied Kinesiology (PAK). With in the PAK frame work Dr. Lucas is proficient in several techniques such as cranial sacral, TMJ, extremity adjusting, activator, including soft tissue techniques like strain – counterstrain, active release, passive release,  fascial stripping and cold laser therapy.  Combining chiropractic technologies, Dr. Lucas has developed treatment protocols that exceed the normal treatment standards.  The average client obtains 80 to 90 percent improvement in half the treatment time of standard protocols. 

Dr. Lucas is currently working towards a diplomate degree in PAK (chiropractic equivelent of a phd.

On the nutrition side of things Dr. Lucas works in a functional balance model and combines dietary changes with restorative nutritional supplements.  The primary supplement line used is Standard Process which is a pharmacuetical grade whole food supplement brand.
